WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations for Cardio workouts for 50+ men and women.


150min per week


moderate intensity cardio for beginners, or do at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity. Then work up to 300min per week to improve fitness levels. Aerobic activity should be performed in bouts of at least 10 minutes duration.
